Simple Exercises 

Whether your afraid to work out in front of strangers or its too cold to go outside there are plenty of exercises you can do in the comfort of your own home.



Ehkart Yoga - check out on youtube. She has some simple, short yoga exercises 



Here is a quick short video, to start there is also a link to the full yoga class. This video is help the body to release tension, which I am sure we all can use after a hard days work, or a stressful event happens. This video is less than 5 mins long so you can do it right before work. 

If you are new to yoga, no worries she also has plenty of beginners yoga on there. Below is the first part of a 5 step beginner series. Its a little over 10 minutes long, but it is worth it. It will help get your body use to the more advance poses and build up your stamina.
