Wanting that Beach Body...but not stressing

I have never been the type of person to stress about losing weight.  I have never gone on diets, drastically change what I ate, worked out like crazy to get to a desire weight or look. 



I recently gained 10 lbs (so i'm probably like 10-15 lbs heavier now than in that picture. and i'm determined to lose weight without stressing.



My goal is to buy that bathing suit that the victoria secret model is rocking and rock it out as well. 



Some ways to get that beach body



part of the key to having the "perfect" body is confidence. If you feel confident in how you look, everyone can tell. Confident gives off an aura and people know it. No one is going to notice that extra inch on your stomach when you have confidence. 



In that picture I am at a hard rock pool party in las vegas, where some of the "sexist" people are. but while there i was rocking out in my bathing suit, i may not be the thinnest but i know i look in my own skin and feel comfortable.



thats my next point feeling comfortable. you have to feel comfortable in your own skin.  that goes along with confidence. ive always been comfortable with my weight, love handles, big booty, tiny boobs.  

next point "show em what you got". if you got  a big booty, rock it out. make a statement. buy clothes that show it off, so everyone will notice it and not notice some of your imperfections.

if you dont got it, "fake it till you make it". i dont have "big boobs" but i wear stuff to make it appear like i do. its a lot cheaper then going out and getting plastic surgery.

Eating right

i know its tricky to stick to all those crazy diets out there, and when you go out to eat with your friends you decide to order the salad, cuz if you order those chicken fingers you'll gain a lb. ha. i think the thing is. do what you can to eat right. its hard to just totally change your eating habits in 1 day. start cutting things out slowly. example no more pop. limit yourself on the amount of times you go out to eat. have fun with it. start cooking different healthy recipes. but only do what you can manage. you don't wanna totally change your eating habits only to fall back into your old ways and gain all the weight back.



Exercise



the same thing goes with the gym. i know people who go everyday for a month and then don't go for an entire month. start slow. do some stretches when you wake up & before you go to bed.  watch youtube videos for some quick exercises (that way you don't gotta leave your home). also go for walks, around the block, to the store, at the park etc. keep it simple. 



consistency is key with losing weight. if your not consistent with any of the above you will not be as successful as you want to be.
